To recap, I went on a 22-week trip to Toronto to study at a language school on an intensive English course run by the company Education First. Before I left my English level was very low. On arrival at the school I was given a level test so that I could be placed in a suitable class. The result of the test was A2.3.
At the beginning of my language stay in Canada with Education First, there was something I was struggling with a little, and that was keeping my emotions in check… When you go on this sort of trip, you meet lots of people from all over the world. Some will be staying just as long as you, some not so much.
In 2014, I really wanted to go abroad to learn a new language. I started perusing the various offers available from agencies at that time. Several of my friends had also gone with an agency called Education First. After having done some research on the different agencies, I too decided upon Education First. The agency runs its own schools abroad. This was one of the main reasons I chose this school.
