After a packed 2017, I decided to take a short break and go and see some friends who live in Japan, whom I had met during a language course that I took in Toronto, in Canada. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the time to see them all, because I met so many Japanese people when I was in Canada.
I’d like to take you on some new adventures to Amsterdam, in the Netherlands. This capital city is perfect for short visits. In my case I stayed there for three days. The population speaks fluent Dutch, a language that vaguely resembles Swiss German, but I can assure you that the Dutch can also speak English.
You only have 7 days to discover Switzerland? Let me tell you what you can do in so little time and particularly what you should not miss during your visit.
First of all, I would recommend that you buy a pass to use the Swiss public transports. There are different formulas for tourists, SwissPass, 3 days, 4 days, 8 days or 15 days. The SwissPass lets you travel freely on the Swiss public transports. And it helps you save a lot a money!
